Your Gift in Action
While vacationing with family and friends, Chris Kelley dove into a lake, striking the bottom headfirst, and was immediately paralyzed. For the next four months, Chris and his wife lived at Craig Hospital working to regain physical functioning. Thanks to the donor funded state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment in the PEAK Center like the Lokomat, Chris is making tremendous progress. Because of cutting-edge rehabilitation interventions and equipment made possible by your generosity, Chris is inspired each day to thrive in life, work, play and fatherhood!
The Craig Hospital Foundation provides opportunities for members of the community to give hope to patients and their families. Donations are used to help patients so that each person has a chance to achieve the best possible outcomes following a catastrophic spinal cord or traumatic brain injury.
