Benefits 101 for Disabilities brings together rules for health coverage, benefit, and employment programs that people with disabilities use. These programs may be administered by the state, the federal government, or private organizations; here, we discuss them under one roof, in plain language. (Generally deals with California residents, but good info regardless).

Colorado Indigent Care Program (CICP) Provider Directory The CICP provides discounted health care services to low income individuals at participating providers. CICP is not a health insurance program. The CICP is funded with federal and state dollars to partially compensate participating providers who provide health care to the uninsured and underinsured at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
