Arapahoe-Douglas-Elbert Medical Society (ADEMS Physician’s Rx Care Discount Program) this is a discount pharmacy card program to help patients who have out of pocket expenses for their prescription medicines. It is a cash discount card obtained through providers every county for patients who pay out of pocket using cash, check or credit card. Discounts average 27% but goes as high as 75%. AstraZeneca Patient Prescription Assistance Programs If you are an individual making $30,000 or less or a family of four making $60,000 or less you may qualify for an AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings Program. 
Bristol Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation The Bristol-Myers Squibb Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization. The Foundation was established in 1998 to provide temporary assistance to qualifying patients with a financial hardship who generally have no private prescription drug insurance and are not enrolled in a prescription drug coverage plan through Medicaid or any other federal, state or local health program.  The program provides free medications to indigent patients who qualify in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Merck Patient Assistance Program This private and confidential program provides medicine free of charge to eligible individuals, primarily the uninsured who, without our assistance, could not afford needed Merck medicines. 
Partnership for Prescription Assistance, National This program works with America’s pharmaceutical companies to make medications available for people who cannot afford them. Meds are either free or at a discounted rate based on the manufacturer.
