ADA Nutrition Information after Spinal Cord Injury This is an online clinical practice guideline for healthcare providers.  They have looked at all the available evidence in research on nutrition needs after SCI and have developed these guidelines to help guide care.

Eat Right Weight Management Program after SCI This weight management program is designed for individuals with spinal cord impairments, which includes persons with spinal cord injury, dysfunction and disease. EatRight is a 12 week program. This workbook and video guide you through the weekly lessons. For best possible results, all participants should only review 1 video section and workbook section per week – beginning with section 1 – and only proceed at the rate of 1 section per week.

Meals on Wheels Resource for locating program in Colorado cities and towns. 
Meals on Wheels Town of Littleton Cares TLC Meals on Wheels is a private, non-profit organization that is independent from all other national and local Meals on Wheels programs. Our kitchen is located in Centennial but TLC delivers meals to homes in Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Sheridan, western Centennial, west Arapahoe County, and southeast Jefferson County.  For just $4 per meal, our volunteers deliver hot nutritious lunches to not only older clients but we serve persons whose disabilities create a need for our service.  We serve everyone who truly needs a meal. Lunches are delivered Monday through Friday between 11am and 1pm. TLC has no waiting list and no one is restricted from our service due to financial status.

Nutrient Rich Foods Coalition offers reliable information to help you eat the nutrient-rich-way-that means getting the most vitamins, minerals and other nutrient-but not too many calories-from the foods you choose. The information is based on nutrition guidelines for the USDA’s MyPyramid.
Nutrition.gov A service of the National Agriculture Library, USDA; provides easy, online access to government information on food and human nutrition.
OUR Center of Longmont, Colorado Professional caseworkers and trained volunteers provide emergency food, transportation, utilities, furniture, minor medical prescriptions, referrals for emergency shelter, and homeless-prevention help, including rent and utility assistance. Although services in the Basic Needs Program are typically provided in times of crisis, agency staff work in partnership with families to help them regain self-sufficiency.
