Adaptive YogaAdaptive Yoga Classes

Clients gather weekly to enjoy the fun of group yoga classes designed specifically for individuals with neurologic disability and disease.  Classes help stretch muscles; promote mental well-being and confidence.  Clients have an opportunity in class, if desired, to move from wheelchairs to floor exercises for new experiences and deep stretches.

Clients of all physical fitness or flexibility levels are welcome in the PEAK Center Saturdays 10-11 AM for Adaptive Yoga.

Aquatic Exercises

Water exercises provide slow impact strengthening and conditioning for clients as well as allowing some individuals to work on walking in a body weight supported environment.

Physical therapists and exercise specialists work 1:1 with clients in the on-site therapy pool providing health benefits to individuals with a variety of medical conditions.
