Increasing the efficiency of recovery from pressure sore surgery to determine if:

1. there is a statistically significant difference in pressure sore recurrence within six months after surgery for individuals who remain in bed for four weeks post-skin repair compared to those who had remained in bed for five weeks under a previous protocol
