Excellent patient care is a team effort
When it comes to maximizing outcomes, we want to ensure our patients receive thoughtful care from beginning to end. What makes Craig different from other rehabilitation hospitals is our team approach to care. Our strategy focuses on surrounding patients with specific specialists at different stages of the recovery process to ensure growth and acute healing.
Each Craig patient is assigned an interdisciplinary team of experts who act in unity to seamlessly provide holistic patient care. We structure each patient team based on the individual’s unique needs. Along the way, our patient teams meet routinely to discuss progress, next steps, recovery goals and discharge planning.
Our holistic, whole-patient-care approach has led to decades of countless successes for patients with catastrophic injuries and their families. That’s because we believe every individual’s recovery journey is unique.

Great benefits for every employee
At Craig, our people always come first, because we understand that exceptional patient outcomes start with exceptional staff and clinicians.
Our Total Rewards program supports this by offering our teams tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional and financial wellbeing while providing protection for unexpected life events. We offer our employees comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits designed to accommodate each employee’s personal choices and specific needs.
We are proud to support our employees with generous rewards. The Total Rewards package includes compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, leave and other programs.
